Synod Election Briefing Saturday 21st March 1pm St Gabriel's Huyton Quarry

Deanery Synod members are being elected this Spring across the diocese, and those holding this role have an important responsibility in the national Church too - Deanery Synod members elect the Church of England's General Synod. On Saturday 21st March, at St Gabriel's Huyton Quarry, at 1pm come and meet Nic Tall, National Coordinator of 'Together for the Church of England', which campaigns for the Church to offer a better welcome, not least to LGBT+ people.

After many years of the 'Living in Love and Faith' process same-sex couples are still unsure of receiving a blessing when they come to church.
